Client Issue Empty Client Issue

Good morning gang! Right now I am having trouble with DCing every time I click. I opened up the settings to make sure I was running in anything other than safe mode and long behold it is the only option I can select. upon selecting Open or Directx I get the following error:

Client Issue BCoYSxD

This issue was resolved by clearing my cache and deleting all Arcticscape files and re-downloading the client.
